On the Go (OTG) Therapy Services, Inc. has been Southwest Florida’s premier mobile therapy group providing one-on-one physical, occupational and speech therapy in the comfort of your home.

Julie A. Blank, founder of On the Go Therapy Services, Inc., realized early in her career as a Physical Therapist, that in most communities, there was a therapy services void between home healthcare and traditional outpatient therapy provided in a clinic. Recognizing this need, Julie’s innovative solution was the development of a home-based outpatient therapy program to bridge the gap.

OTG was founded in July of 2002 and was readily welcomed by doctors, hospitals, social workers and the community. Julie, with a Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy and a passion for helping others, has grown the company to over 20 staff members servicing the entire Southwest Florida geographical area from Manatee, Sarasota, Charlotte, and Lee County.

In addition to the outpatient therapy services offered in patients’ homes, OTG also has an outpatient clinic in Sarasota, providing services for more advanced patients requiring a clinic setting and equipment.

OTG accepts Medicare, all major commercial plans, and auto insurance as well as private pay services upon request.
